Our client is a very successful family run international courier company based near Heathrow that has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to train, run and mentor their successful team of executives.
Duties for this role will include sourcing and identifying new clients within a given territory whilst managing an existing database of clients and to sell the portfolio of services our client offers. You will also be required to recruit, train and manager a team of executives who you will be working very closely with to achieve your given targets.
The ideal candidate for this role must have industry knowledge, have excellent communication skills, excellent negotiating skills, be able to lead and advise others and have a structured approach to their work.
